about us

Solindan Ltd

The practice was formed in 2010, based in Brighton & Hove, East Sussex. Our projects have been in London and in the South of England, from Somerset to Kent, chiefly residential alterations, extensions and refurbishments, and small commercial projects.

What we do

We provide fully-engaged architectural services for each stage of a project : from teasing-out and formalising project objectives at the outset, desk studies for heritage projects, working through design options and getting the permissions needed, to inspecting on site and signing-off completion of the last snags.

Design

Our design style is specific to each project. Some sites are very sensitive to ‘heritage’ and planning considerations and traditional forms and details are needed to obtain permissions. For other situations, a much freer approach can be taken, using contemporary forms and details .
